These guys have been great. I have had four hosts prior to
this one. They were the really cheap ones. Two of them closed
their doors, and the last two were too problematic. I pay only a
little bit more here, and it has been well worth it. They have
been around a long time, and it looks like they will be around
for a long time to come. Their uptime has been great for me,
their customer support has been good, and they have a great
community of members at their support forums that have been
terrific help to me. Their control panel offered a lot more than
I was used to, and took me for a bit of a learning curve, but
other members were always there to help me out.
I
have been very happy with the whole experience with them. That
is why I have suggested them on all other sites I take care of.
And would always tell others about them.
Worldzone
Pro is one of the best hosts out there, flat out. Like all
hosts, there is the rare problem caused by runaway scripts or
server issues, but the support team on their support forums and
the people in charge are simply the BEST when it comes to
HONESTLY explaining what is going on, what steps have been taken
to fix something and when clients can expect things to be back
to normal. I have been there for years now and have never once
thought about moving. I recommend WZPro to anyone looking for a
host at any chance, and have opened more than one website there.
There are tons of places that you can definitely go wrong in the
hosting area, this is not one of them. I wholeheartedly
recommend them!
There
is always a learning curve with any new web host, or anything
else that someone might do. The forum assistance at Worldzone is
absolutely unmatched in my opinion. All web hosting services
will experience problems, but Worldzone seems to correct any
issues that arise with great speed.
Just
a few comments about my host, but first a little info about me.
I started out on two other free hosts (I don't want to flame
them so I won't give their names) they were ok not great but ok
at this time I only had a WebTV and problem after problem with
their editors and or file uploading programs and only one file
at a time. (now about the host I was/am on) I started out on
http://worldzone.net and loved every minute of it and even
on my WebTV this place was fast, it still is fast. I then took
my experience to the next level and bought a domain name and
moved to their paid side http://worldzonepro.com
still on WebTV and the speed never dropped once for me. When i
got my computer things just got better. Over all i have no
worries with Worldzone if there is a problem I can't fix the
support staff can in a prompt manner. I give Worldzone a 10 out
of 10. :-)
